<\/span>Damir furthered his academic pursuits at University College London (UCL), where he obtained a Master of Science degree in Project & Enterprise Management. Additionally, he is recognized as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), showcasing his commitment to excellence and professionalism in the field.<\/span><\/p>

Jovan Koci\u0107, Arhitektura (2009-2013), Univerzitet Union Nikola Tesla, Beograd <\/strong><\/span><\/p>

After completing his undergraduate studies in architecture in 2013, Jovan Ko\u010di\u0107 immediately started his professional internship at the renowned Italian studio 3Gatti in Shanghai. During the internship, he participated in the development of innovative design projects. He quickly progressed and was employed by MRDV, a Singaporean firm with approximately 300 employees in Shanghai at the time, specializing in the design of Wanda shopping center facades and contributing to the design and promotion of the significant Chongqing Waterfront project. Inspired by further advancement, Jovan enrolled in the Master's program in Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design at the University of Bath, UK, in 2015\/2016, which was ranked as the top university for Architecture on official rankings at the time. Despite stiff competition from around the world, Jovan completed his studies with a Distinction and received two awards\u2014one for the best academic paper and another for the best design of an object, he was awarded by the globally recognized firm Buro Happold which organized competition together with the University. During his time in the UK, he passed the exam to become a Passive House designer, becoming the only licensed Passive House designer in Serbia at the time. Based on these achievements, he was offered a full scholarship for doctoral studies, but chose to return to Serbia to apply his knowledge. Since his return in 2016, Jovan has been actively involved in domestic practice, striving to apply his acquired knowledge through the construction of residential and commercial buildings. He has already completed several projects in Serbia, and with many years ahead of him, we hope that Jovan's youthful enthusiasm and dedication to energy efficiency will contribute to raising awareness and applying sustainable practices in real construction in the future.

Every step in my educational and professional journey has had its significance. I began my academic studies in architecture at the Union Nikola Tesla Faculty in Belgrade, which laid the foundation for my career.
<\/span>After that, I decided to broaden my horizons and move to Milan, where I completed my studies at Politecnico di Milano. There, I not only gained valuable knowledge and skills but also built a network of contacts worldwide.
<\/span>Upon returning to Belgrade, I worked in an architectural office where I further developed my skills. However, the desire for creative expression and my own vision inspired me to start my own architectural visualization firm.
<\/span>Today, I successfully collaborate with clients worldwide, providing them with creative solutions and visualizations for their projects. I am grateful to everyone who has supported me on my journey and look forward to future challenges and opportunities in the field of architecture and design.<\/span><\/p>

I complemented my work experience with studies at Union Nikola Tesla University. In this regard, communication with graduates is one of the important tasks, not only related to their desires and needs (such as further studies or finding employment) but also their thoughts on the study program itself. The knowledge I gained at the Faculty of Ecology has been extremely valuable because the study program \u2013 Environmental Protection \u2013 allowed me to fully understand and master techniques for assessing and managing risks to quality, the environment, occupational safety, and fire hazards. Moreover, the title of Certified Environmental Protection Analyst enabled me to apply for the necessary certifications required to perform the aforementioned tasks.<\/span><\/p>

I perform tasks related to environmental protection; act as the coordinator for occupational health and safety and fire protection; carry out tasks related to communal inspection; prepare reports for the Municipal Assembly, the Municipal Council, and the competent republic authorities; participate in programs and projects related to environmental protection, and lead the department in the absence of a head. The knowledge acquired at the Faculty of Ecology and Environmental Protection has enabled me to fully master the development of plans and programs for environmental protection at the local community level.
