Call for Applications: ERASMUS+ KA131 (2025-1-RS01-KA131-HED-000344871) Mobility Project for Teaching Staff with the Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia

Call for co-funding the mobility of professors for teaching activities at the University of Ljubljana under the Erasmus+ (KA131) – International Credit Mobility programme for the 2025/2026 academic year – summer semester.For the summer semester, mobility of one teaching staff member from the Department of Architecture and Urbanism, Faculty of Construction Management, Union Nikola Tesla University (UUNT) in Belgrade is planned. The Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission allows students to complete part of their regular study obligations—at any level or cycle—at an international partner institution (in this case, the University of Ljubljana – UL) instead of at their home institution.

Professors from the Faculty of Construction Management, Department of Architecture and Urbanism, can apply for the competition.

The final selection of participants in the mobility program is made by the University of Maribor, Slovenia, upon receipt of the complete documentation.

Deadline for submitting applications: candidate is: March 30, 2026 (23:59).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION

 

  1. Mobility Agreement (for academic or non-academic staff). The agreement must be signed by the mobility participant, signed by the Vice-Rector for International and Inter-University Cooperation, stamped by Union Nikola Tesla University in Belgrade, and registered in the UNT University archive.
  2. Invitation Letter (a letter of invitation from the partner university).
  3. Proof of Employment (Proof of Employment issued by Union Nikola Tesla University).
  4. CV (in English).
  5. Motivation Letter.
  6. Copy of Passport (scanned first page).
  7. Photo (portrait).
