Education of highly professional staff in the field of entrepreneurial business, trained for equal participation on the domestic and international business scene and starting their own business.
Bachelor studies four-year academic studies (eight semesters). Highly professional knowledge in the fields of: management and business and related disciplines; developed creative, business and entrepreneurial skills for competent business management of companies, for teamwork in state institutions and corporations and further professional and scientific training.

In the first year of bachelor studies, persons who have completed secondary school of all majors, having passed the entrance/differential exam in accordance with the acts of the University and the Law on Higher Education, can be enrolled.
Within the framework of the four-year study program, 40 subjects are taught without professional practice and graduation work. There are 26 compulsory courses and professional practice, 14 elective courses. All courses are one-semester.

Teaching takes place through theoretical lectures, auditory exercises, practical work, preparation of seminar papers, execution of case studies, consultations and educational visits. The program consists of 300 hours of active teaching per semester or 600 per year, i.e. 2400 hours during the entire studies.
Persons with at least 37 ECTS degrees can be enrolled in the second year of studies, or those who have been recognized by the commission as related to the program, in the third year with 97 and in the fourth with 157 ECTS degrees.

Each year of bachelor studies has 60 ESPB points. Studies are considered completed when the student fulfills all obligations prescribed by the study program and collects 240 ESPB points. Graduates can continue their master's studies.

The purpose of the study program (OAS) Entrepreneurial Business is to educate highly skilled, clearly profiled personnel in the field of management and business who, with their knowledge and competences, will be able to engage in domestic and international business as independent or team participants. The competencies that students acquire during their studies have a wider social value and fully justify the existence of this study program, which is largely entrepreneurially oriented. A student who completes the study program OAS Entrepreneurial Business (240 ESPB) is qualified for entrepreneurial business, which means that he will know how to manage various processes by applying business methods. They will have the ability to creatively solve problems and make decisions in the field of managing enterprises from the manufacturing and service industries. They will have knowledge in the fields of entrepreneurship, management, marketing, innovation, information and communication technologies, research methods, etc.

The purpose of the Entrepreneurial Business program is the development of knowledge, skills and competencies that have a wide application in business, from starting a new business, through managing a small or medium-sized enterprise, to various managerial jobs in corporations. Graduates can also contribute to public sector organizations on the basis of acquired knowledge and competences. There is general agreement that in the future there will be many more opportunities for entrepreneurial business and that entrepreneurship will be more attractive for engaging individuals than before. The countries of the European Union are working intensively on creating a business climate that will encourage entrepreneurial initiatives with the intention of making the Union the most competitive and dynamic world economy, and paying attention to entrepreneurship and management education is among the imperatives. This program will train individuals who want to opt for an entrepreneurial career (founding and developing a business) which is in line with the growing individual and societal needs to avoid traditional employment opportunities. In addition, it will train personnel for a wide range of managerial jobs in small and medium-sized enterprises, for administrative and commercial managers in the economy and in the public sector, as well as business consultants for entrepreneurship and management.

The purpose of this study program is consistent with the basic tasks and goals of the Faculty where the program is conducted, which is reflected in continuous work on self-development, improvement of the educational process and the quality of teaching. At the same time, the purpose of the study program is to prepare students for the continuation of studies at the second level of higher education, which are carried out at the University. The study program is compatible (aligned) with programs of the same or similar orientations at renowned foreign universities, while the curricula and programs of the scientific disciplines that make it up respect all the scientific achievements of foreign and domestic authors, and experts in the field of management and business. This study program will monitor dynamic changes in the market and in the field of management and business and will ensure the direct involvement of educated personnel with functional knowledge and skills to solve complex business problems and challenges, meeting the needs for new competencies imposed by the world of modern business.

The PhD study program entitled Management of Sustainable Development at the Faculty of Entrepreneurial Business and Real Estate Management aims to educate and improve personnel in the current and complex field of sustainable development, which is essential for the problems and challenges of the 21st century.
Such postgraduate courses are currently held in several countries of the European Union and in the wider world, they are in line with European and world aspirations, including the efforts of the United Nations and the fulfillment of the Millennium Development Goals and Sustainable Development Goals, and aim to provide staff from a complex scientific field Management of sustainable development.

The goal of the study program is to identify key contemporary topics and challenges in the management of sustainable development, encourage students to research and develop new concepts in this complex discipline, develop student expertise through analysis, application of the scientific method and multidisciplinary research. The study program ensures the education of young researchers and scientists for the needs of academia, business and local governments. Upon completion of the studies, participants will be qualified to conduct applied research at a high level. The participants will be provided with theoretical and methodological teaching and mentoring that will guide them to modern scientific achievements.

On the other hand, companies have the benefits of operating in an advanced society, which has an effective infrastructure, a predictable political environment and a healthy environment, all of which are crucial for their long-term growth. The goal of the study program is to explore the unique potentials of business and how to manage these potentials for the prosperity of business and society, along with progress in the field of environmental protection and natural resources.

Sustainable development requires a multi-stakeholder partnership between governments, businesses and civil society organizations. One of the goals of the study program is to understand the importance of collaboration between different actors and the ways to achieve this collaboration to solve problems in the implementation of systemic changes as a response to the challenges of sustainable development in the 21st century.

The goal of the study program is also the education of experts in the field of teamwork, as well as the development of the ability to engage in scientific work and to communicate and present one's original results to the scientific public. One of the special goals is to develop students' awareness of the need for personal contribution to the development of society as a whole, taking into account economic, social and ecological aspects.
The aim of the program is to educate personnel who should provide answers to complex problems from various disciplines for which there are no known solutions. The program is intended for prospective postgraduates from various disciplines who want to conduct interdisciplinary research related to the challenges of Sustainable Development.

The main goal of the study program Entrepreneurial Business is to acquire and reach the level of general and specific knowledge and skills, competencies, as well as creative abilities needed to perform professional tasks in the field of management and entrepreneurship.

Students who have completed the bachelor studies of OAS Entrepreneurial Business are competent to solve real problems from practice as well as to continue their education if they decide to do so. Competencies include, first of all, the development of critical thinking skills, the ability to analyze problems, synthesize solutions, predict the behavior of the chosen solution with a clear idea of the good and bad sides of the chosen solution.

The general abilities that mark the completion of bachelor academic studies at the OAS Entrepreneurial Business study program are the ability to analyze and synthesize problems in entrepreneurial business and their consequences, and make adequate decisions;

• ability to master methods, procedures and processes in research;
• ability to develop critical and self-critical thinking and behavior in business;
• capacity for adequate practical application of acquired knowledge;
• ability for team cooperation;
• development of communication skills and dexterity, as well as cooperation with the wider social and international environment;
• competence for professional ethical behavior. Subject-specific abilities that mark the completion of basic academic studies at the OAS Entrepreneurial Business study program are:
• Basic knowledge, understanding and ability of the student to apply knowledge from entrepreneurial business in the production and service business system;
• Solving specific problems in the field of entrepreneurial business with the use of scientific methods and procedures;
• They are trained to understand the basic elements of entrepreneurial business and how to design them, as well as the understanding of individual functional areas, as well as the ability to work as a team in diagnosing and solving entrepreneurial-business problems.
• They are trained to apply the concept of management in the implementation of various projects and achieve significant time and financial savings.
