ADMISSION - Doctoral academic studies

Documentation that the candidate must submit when enrolling in Doctoral academic studies in all study programs

Required documents for enrollment in doctoral academic studies for our students:

1. 2x ŠV-20 forms – filled out
2. Biography - CV
3. List of published works
4. Notarized copy of the diploma and diploma supplement on completed basic academic studies. A translation of the diploma into Serbian by a court interpreter is mandatory (a diploma that was not obtained on the territory of the Republic of Serbia must be certified)
5. Notarized copy of diploma and diploma supplement on completed master's academic studies. A translation of the diploma into Serbian by a court interpreter is mandatory (a diploma that was not obtained on the territory of the Republic of Serbia must be certified)
6. Birth certificate (original or certified copy)
7. Photocopy of ID card/scanned ID card
8. Index
9. Three photos as for a passport

Required documents for admission to doctoral academic studies for foreign students:

1. 2x ŠV-20 forms – filled out
2. Biography - CV
3. List of published works
4. A certified copy of the diploma and diploma supplement on completed bachelor academic studies by a notary, as well as a mandatory translation into Serbian by a court interpreter (a diploma that was not obtained on the territory of the Republic of Serbia must be certified)
5. A certified copy of the diploma and diploma supplement on completed master's academic studies by a notary, as well as a mandatory translation into Serbian by a court interpreter (a diploma that was not obtained on the territory of the Republic of Serbia must be certified)
6. Certificate of knowledge of the Serbian language
7. Photocopy of passport
8. Attach the application for residence in the Republic of Serbia from the Administration for Foreigners (white card)
9. Index
10. Three photos as for a passport

For enrollment in doctoral academic studies, the requirement is that the candidate has an average grade of at least 8.00 in basic and master's academic studies. All the necessary documentation for the application must be scanned and forwarded to the e-mail address srtrifunovic@fgm.edu.rs in order for the Commission to review and give an opinion, proposal and decision for enrollment in doctoral studies.

Before enrolling, the student must apply for the desired study program via electronic application

The first installment of tuition is paid upon enrollment in the dinar equivalent according to the middle exchange rate of the NBS on the day of payment. Tuition is defined in the study contract and is paid in four installments.
