Call for Applications – Erasmus+ Mobility with the University of Padua
For the summer semester, mobility is planned for 2 students from the Department of Architecture and Urbanism, Faculty of Construction Management, Union – Nikola Tesla University in Belgrade (UUNT). The Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission enables students to complete part of their regular study obligations at any level or cycle at an international partner institution (in this case, the University of Padua – UniPD) instead of their home institution.
Eligible applicants: students of Undergraduate Academic Studies (UAS) – Architecture and Urbanism.
Application deadline: November 13, 2025 (23:59 h) (23:59 h)
Minimum grade point average (GPA) of 8.0 during studies.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR STUDENT APPLICATIONS
- Confirmation of enrolment (proof of current academic year enrolment).
- Copy of the first page of students’ booklet (index).
- Transcript of Records Issued by the Student Service of UUNT in Belgrade, including all grades from the current study cycle. The document must be translated into English and certified by a sworn court translator. A scanned copy must be attached to the application.
- Proof of language proficiency in the relevant language (Italian and/or English): Minimum language level: Italian A2 / English B1. Proof may be provided by a certificate from a language school or an internationally recognized certificate (IELTS / TOEFL / CAMBRIDGE FCE, CAE, CPE for English; CILS / CELI for Italian), or by an officially certified confirmation from a language professor at the home university. The scanned document must be attached to the application.
- CV / Resume (in English).
- Motivation Letter(in English, maximum one A4 page / 500 words). Should include: The name of the study program of interest. Reasons for attending the selected study program. Expectations from the chosen study program. Interest in specific subjects related to future professional goals.
- Copy of Passport (scanned first page).
- Learning Agreement (The student completes this document online at https://learning-agreement.eu/It must include all relevant details of the study program abroad, the number of ECTS credits, and information about the corresponding courses at the home faculty)
The completed form must be printed, stamped, registered, and signed by the student and the Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs (3 copies). One copy remains in the Faculty archive, one goes to the mobility coordinator, and one to the student (to be attached to the application).
