Call for Applications: Erasmus+ KA131 Student Mobility with the Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia
Call for Co-Financing Student Mobility for Study Purposes at the University of Ljubljana Erasmus+ (KA131) – International Credit Mobility for the 2025/2026 Academic Year – Summer Semester For the summer semester, mobility is planned for 1 student from the Department of Architecture and Urbanism, Faculty of Construction Management, Union Nikola Tesla University in Belgrade. Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission allows students to complete part of their regular study obligations—at any level or cycle—at an international partner institution (in this case, the University of Ljubljana – UL) instead of at their home institution.
Applications are open to students of OAS and MAS Architecture and Urbanism programs. Application deadline: October 29, 2025 (23:59 h)

Minimum grade point average (GPA) of 8.0 during studies.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR STUDENT APPLICATIONS
- Confirmation of enrolment (proof of current academic year enrolment).
- Copy of the first page of students’ booklet (index).
- Transcript of Records Issued by the Student Service of UUNT in Belgrade, including all grades from the current study cycle. The document must be translated into English and certified by a sworn court translator. A scanned copy must be attached to the application.
- Proof of Language skills of relevant language (minimum level B1 in English). Acceptable forms: Certificates from language schools, or Internationally recognized test results (IELTS / TOEFL / Cambridge FCE, CAE, CPE), or A certified confirmation from an English language professor at the home university. The scanned certificate must be attached to the application.
- CV / Resume (in English).
- Motivation Letter(in English, maximum one A4 page / 500 words). Should include: The name of the study program of interest. Reasons for attending the selected study program. Expectations from the chosen study program. Interest in specific subjects related to future professional goals.
- Copy of Passport (scanned first page).
- Learning Agreement obtained from the Erasmus Coordinator.
The student fills in all required information:
Chosen study program abroad,
Number of ECTS credits, and
Details of the study program at the home faculty.
The completed form must be printed, stamped, registered, and signed by the student and the Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs (3 copies). One copy remains in the Faculty archive, one goes to the mobility coordinator, and one to the student (to be attached to the application). Instructions for completing the Learning Agreement can be obtained from the mobility coordinator.
