Call: Applications for ERASMUS+ KA131 student mobility in cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering and Architecture (Department of Architecture), University of Maribor, Slovenia
Call for co-financing of student mobility for studies at the University of Maribor Erasmus+ (KA131) – International Credit Mobility for the 2025/2026 academic year – summer semester. For the summer semester, mobility is planned for 2 students from the Department of Architecture and Urbanism, Faculty of Construction Management, UUNT Belgrade. The Erasmus+ program of the European Commission allows a student to complete part of their regular study obligations at any level or cycle at an international partner institution (in this case, the University of Maribor – UM) instead of at their home institution. Students of OASA and MASA Architecture and Urbanism can apply. The deadline for submitting candidate applications is 10.11.2025 (23:59).
Minimum grade point average (GPA) of 8.0 during studies.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR STUDENT APPLICATIONS
1. Confirmation of enrolment (proof of current academic year enrolment).
2. Copy of the first page of students’ booklet (index).
3. Transcript of Records Issued by the Student Service of UUNT in Belgrade, including all grades from the current study cycle. The document must be translated into English and certified by a sworn court translator. A scanned copy must be attached to the application.
4. Proof of language proficiency (minimum level B1 in English). Acceptable forms: Certificates from language schools, or Internationally recognized test results (IELTS / TOEFL / Cambridge FCE, CAE, CPE), or A certified confirmation from an English language professor at the home university. The scanned certificate must be attached to the application.
5. CV / Resume (in English).
6. Motivation Letter (in English, maximum one A4 page / 500 words). Should include: The name of the study program of interest. Reasons for attending the selected study program. Expectations from the chosen study program. Interest in specific subjects related to future professional goals.
7. Copy of Passport (scanned first page).
8. Learning Agreement (Learning Agreement – the document is provided by the Erasmus coordinator. The student fills it out with all required information about the study program they are applying for abroad, including the number of ECTS credits, as well as information about the study program they are enrolled in at the home faculty for the specified academic year). The completed, printed, stamped, registered, and signed form by the student and the Vice Dean for Teaching (3 copies) must be scanned and attached to the application. One copy remains in the faculty archive, one copy goes to the student mobility coordinator, and one copy to the student to include with the application. Instructions for completing the Learning Agreement can be obtained from the student mobility coordinator.
