If more candidates apply for enrollment than the number of available places, a ranking list of the best candidates will be made up to the number of available places.
The university compiles a ranking list of registered candidates for enrollment in first-degree studies based on the general success achieved in secondary education over a four-year period and on matriculation exams, the results of exams for checking special aptitudes and abilities.

The annual tuition fee for doctoral academic studies for the 2023/2024 academic year is 3000 euros.
Information for foreign citizens interested in enrollment
A foreign citizen can enroll in a study program under the same conditions as our citizen, if the acquired foreign school or higher education document is recognized in accordance with the Law and the general act of the University. A foreign citizen can enroll in a study program if he provides proof of knowledge of the Serbian language (except for citizens from the former republics of the SFRY) in accordance with the University Statute.
A foreign citizen can conditionally enroll in a study program in the event that the procedure for the recognition of a foreign school or higher education document has not been completed before the deadline for submitting an application for enrollment, with confirmation that the recognition procedure has begun. If the request for recognition is rejected or if the recognition of a foreign school or higher education document does not give the right to enroll in the study program for which the person applied, the enrollment will be canceled in accordance with the Law and the general act of the University.
Cena studiranja svih studijskih programa po godini za školsku 2024/2025 godinu za strane državljanje iznosi 5000 evra, osim za studente – državljane iz bivših republika SFRJ za koji važi isti cenovnik kao i za domaće studente.
The tuition fee can be paid in 4 equal annual installments (at the middle NBS exchange rate on the day of payment) to the current account of the University.
